Instructions and
Guidelines
Day 1 and 2:
Take the HCG and WeightAid in the morning and
evening as directed. Eat as much as you want, especially
high fat. It’s important to get the HCG in your system
before you start the diet plan.
Day 3 until your
goal weight: Continue HCG and WeightAid as
directed, begin the HCG reduced calorie diet plan (see
included food guide – THIS IS IMPORTANT!)
When you reach your
goal weight: You must do the reduced
calorie diet plan a minimum of 20 days (including the
first two days of eating high fat) even if you reach your
goal weight before this time. This re-sets your
hypothalamus. Then follow the maintenance plan.

Do take your potassium
supplement
Do take a
multi-vitamin daily with food |
DON’TS
Do not take any fat soluble vitamins while you are
following the HVG Diet Plan. For example, fish oil
capsules or vitamin D supplements. |
HOW TO TAKE HCG:
Use the dropper included
and count out 15 drops. Make sure you count the drops
carefully, you may need to use a mirror to help. Hold the
drops in your mouth for one minute, then swallow. Wait 10
minutes before eating or drinking anything. Take the HCG
and WeightAid morning and night, about 12 hours apart.

MAKE SURE YOU TAKE EITHER A POTASSIUM SUPPLEMENT
OR DRINK A LOW-SODIUM V8 DAILY!
